How do I order?
Start with the order request form. Twin Planets Print Lab reviews your idea, confirms the quote and print time, then your order begins after Venmo payment.
Do you design models?
Simple model prep and adjustments may be available from $10. Bigger design work is quoted based on complexity.
Can I send an STL file?
Yes. You can upload STL, OBJ, 3MF, or reference images. Files must be yours or files you have permission to print.
How long does printing take?
Small prints may be quick, while large or detailed jobs can take several days. Timing depends on size, material, cleanup, and current queue.
Do you ship?
Shipping can be arranged for many orders. Local pickup is available by arrangement.
How does Venmo payment work?
After your quote is confirmed, pay @YOUR-VENMO-HANDLE on Venmo and include your order number or monthly dragon note.
Is the monthly dragon automatic billing?
No, payment is manual through Venmo each month.
